Apple Spinach Salad

















1 bag fresh spinach leaves
1 fuji apple
½ cup cherries, fresh or dried
¼ cup hazelnuts chopped

Poppy Seed Dressing
3 tbsp sugar
1 ½ tsp poppy seeds
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1/8 tsp paprika
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
¼ cup olive oil
1 tsp Dijon mustard

Mix all of the dressing ingredients in a small bowl and stir until sugar dissolves.
Peel, core and chop apple. Toss with the spinach , cherries and nuts. Pour dressing over the salad toss and serve.
