Green Beans and Tomatoes















2 pounds fresh green beans with ends trimmed
6 tbsp butter
1 pint (a good size hand full) grape tomatoes halved
1 tbsp fresh thyme chopped
2 tsp sugar
Salt and fresh ground pepper

In a large pot cook beans in boiling water. Add salt and cook until crisp or a brilliant deep green. (about 10 minutes) In a saute pan brown butter over a medium heat. Add green beans and saute until tender. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Serve warm

You are soooo inspiring! You taught us how to make a complete meal that was "a step above" what we would normally make. I had such a great time and have learned so much. I cannot wait to see what's cooking in November.By the way, who is your photographer?
