Dazzling Pumpkin Pie


½ cup sugar
½ cup dark brown sugar
1 tbsp flour
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp nutmeg and
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp ginger, ground or freshly grated
1 ¾ cup pumpkin (15oz can)
1 ½ cups evaporated milk (12oz can)
2 eggs

In a large bowl mix sugars,flour and spices. Add pumpkin, milk and eggs stirring until well blended. Pour mixture into a pie crust. Here is the dazzling part

Streusel
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup rolled oats
½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts
¼ cup flour
¼ cup butter
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp nutmeg

Mix everything together in a small bowl until crumbly. Sprinkle over the pumpkin pie. Bake at 375 for 60 minutes or when a knife comes out clean when inserted into the center.
