4-6 Tortillas -any kind
1 rotisserie chicken
1 jar Southwest Salsa (24oz)
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 cup mozerella
Pull the chicken from the bones and shred the chicken onto the tortillas, sprinkle with cheese and a bit of salsa. Roll each tortillas and place the end side facing down in a baking pan. Pour the remaining salsa on the top of the tortillas and toss a handful of cheese or use as much as you like. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
