Valentines Day Treat

My boys love peppermint cookies, or should I say these peppermint cookies. Kirk actually found this recipe some years ago and we have modified it a little throughout the years. I made these with my boys for Valentines day last week and no magic was used but a disappearing of every cookie occurred. For all you chocolate lovers, you need not look any longer, this cookie has you all over it. If you like peppermint and chocolate, heaven is soon for you to partake. This recipe is pretty simple the only time consuming period is waiting for the dough to chill so it can be shaped. Sometimes we glaze the cookies other times we eat them plain. Either way they are scrumptious.
