Basic Vinaigrette

2 tbsp white wine vinegar
Juice of ½ a lemon
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
½ cup extra virgin olive oil

In a small bowl toss in the first three ingredients and whisk together. Gradually whisk in the oil. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper

Options-Use this with any salad greens, chicken, fish, potatoes,asparagus, or fresh tomatoes.
