
2 cups Cantaloupe, chopped
6 green onions, chopped
3 kiwifruit, chopped and peeled
1 orange, chopped
1 yellow pepper, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
1 can crushed pineapple drained (8oz)
2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
1 cup strawberries, chopped
In a bowl toss in the cantaloupe, onions, kiwifruit, orange, peppers, pineapple and jalapenos.. Cover and let this sit overnight. Drain if you do not want the juices and add the strawberries just before serving.
I served this with cinnamon tortilla chips.
10 flour tortillas
¼ cup butter melted
1/3 cup sugar
2 tsp cinnamon

10 flour tortillas
¼ cup butter melted
1/3 cup sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
Brush the butter over the tortillas and cut into 8 wedges. Sprinkle with the sugar and cinnamon. Place on a baking sheet at 350 for 10 minutes or just until crisp.
