
8 cups cranberry juice
4 cups pear juice
3 pears, peeled and chopped
2/3 cup cranberries, fresh or frozen
2- 5 inch pieces of orange peel
2 cinnamon sticks
10 whole cloves
Toss everything into a large pot or crock pot, cover and heat on low for 8 to 10 hours or on high for 4 to 5 hours. Remove orange peel, cinnamon sticks and cloves. Serve warm.
Note: You can substitute pear juice with apple juice. Serves 12 cups
