Chili Sauce

18 Large tomatoes
2 onions
2 sweet peppers
1 1/2 cups vinegar
1 1 /2 cups sugar
1 Tbsp salt
2 1/2 tsp cinnamon
10 whole cloves

In a large saucepan toss all ingredients in and bring to a boil.  Reduce heat and simmer for 3 hours.
