18 large ripe tomatoes
3 medium size onions
2 sweet peppers
1 1/2 cup vinegar (according to taste)
1 1/2 cup sugar (according to taste)
1 tbsp salt
2 1/2 tsp cinnamon
10 whole cloves
Boil 3 hours it will thicken. Pour into canning jars. makes 3 quarts.
