Mustard

2 tbsp flour
2 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp dry mustard
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp tumeric

Mix dry ingredients, add water slowly till a smooth paste is formed.  Add rest of water and vinegar.  Cook slowly, stirring constantly for five minutes.
