Rhubarb Jam
5 cups rhubarb cut into small pieces
3 1/2 cups of sugar
Mix these together and let sit overnight. Next day cook for 10 minutes until it begins to thicken add
1 tbsp butter
1 box cherry or strawberry jello
Stir well. Put into jars.
