Pork Chops

Zest of 1 orange, reserve juice

1/4 cup soy sauce or tamari sauce

Salt and pepper

4 boneless pork loin chop

In a bowl mix the tamari sauce, orange juice and zest. Add some salt and pepper. Put the pork into the mixture and let it soak up the juices, while you prepare your side dishes. In a hot skillet place the pork. Cook for 4 minutes each side or until the juice runs clear. The pork chops should be brown. Note: I use a 1 " thick pork chop. So thicker the meat longer the time. Remember not to over cook, or it will be tough.

These were great and so easy! Thanks Lori, keep the recipes coming!! I'm always looking for something new to make, so thanks for the inspiration, I used the left over marinade to make a glaze to go on top, it was fantastic!!!
