Citrus Sweet Rolls

2 cups sugar
¼ cup grated orange rind
¼ cup grated line rind
½ cup butter, melted
1 ½ cup finely chopped toasted pecans
2 ½ cups powdered sugar
2 tsp lime juice
¼ cup fresh orange juice
1 batch of Yeast Roll dough (look under bread on homepage)

In a small bowl toss in sugar, lime rind and orange rind and pecans. Prepare 1 batch of the yeast rolls recipe letting in rise once. On a floured surface knead dough several times and then divide in half. Roll the dough in a rectangle about 12x18. Pour half the butter on the dough and smooth around. Spread half of the sugar mixture from the small bowl over the buttery dough. Roll the dough up starting with the long side. Cut each log into 1 ½ inch thick slices and place them in a lightly greased baking pan. I use round glass ones) Repeat with the other ball of dough. Lightly cover with plastic and let rise until rolls have doubled in size. Bake at 375until they are lightly browned or about 15 minutes. Here is the best part… Mix together powdered sugar, orange and lime juice. Drizzle over warm rolls. These are so good hot out of the oven and they never last very long. They can be warmed up the next day too!
