Artichoke Dip

2 cans artichoke hearts drained and chopped (14oz each)
2 garlic cloves
2 tbsp lemon juice
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup fine dry breadcrumbs
1 1/4 cup grate Parmesan cheese

Mix together all the ingredients. Place mixture in a lightly greased baking pan. Sprinkle with some grated Parmesan cheese over the top then bake at 350F for 30 minutes. Serve with Bread, crackers, or in a bread bowl.
