Glazed Carrots

3 cups water
1 1/2 pounds baby carrots
1 tbsp Sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp butter
3 tbsp Brown sugar
2 tbsp vanilla or sparkling apple cider

Bring water to a boil in a pan. Toss in the carrots, sugar and salt. Return to a boil and cook for 5 minutes or until tender. Drain carrots. Grab a skillet and heat it over medium heat. Toss in the butter and brown sugar and carrots. Cook until well coated. Serve hot
