Monday

In our house Mondays are Soup day. We love soup and the great thing about it soups are very easy to make, the extras I use in the boys lunch's and I can even freeze them. Why is Monday's soup night? It's the beginning of the week, trying to get a grip on all the weekend laundry, picking up the house from all the fun we had, preparing for family home evening and all those little things that seem to creep up on Monday morning. So for us we all voted unanimously for a easy dinner we can sit down together and eat, talk over the days events, plan for those coming up and simply just relax from the days busy activities. Clean up is easy and for all of us in the kitchen that is always a joy.
