Brownies with Peanut Butter


3 eggs
1 cup butter. melted
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups sugar
1 ¼ cup flour
¾ cup baking cocoa
½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
1 cup milk chocolate chips

In a large bowl toss in eggs, butter and vanilla and beat until smooth. In a small bowl toss in sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, salt and stir together. Add this slowly to the wet mixture. Toss in chocolate chips. Remove 1 cup on this mixture. Smooth out batter in a greased baking pan 13x9.

PB Layer
1 pound cream cheese (2-8 oz packages) softened
½ cup creamy peanut butter ( Do NOT use reduced fat PB)
¼ cup sugar
1 egg
2 tbsp milk

In a small bowl toss the cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar and beat until smooth. Add the egg and milk and beat on low until combined. Spread this mixture on top of the chocolate batter. Lastly, drop the 1 cup of batter that you removed by tsp over the peanut butter layer. Then take a knife cut through batter to swirl. Toss in the over at 350 for 35 minute or until a knife comes out clean. Cool and chill until serving.
