2/3 cup peanut butter

In a large bowl toss in flour, sugar, baking, soda, salt, Cinnamon and nutmeg. In a smaller bowl toss in pumpkin, eggs, oil, water and peanut butter. Pour the smaller bowl mixture into the large bowl and stir just until mixture is moistened. Grease 2 loaf pans and bake at 350 for 1 hour or until a knife insert come out clean. Let cool then serve.
Note- Do not use reduced fat peanut butter in this recipe. Try using mini loave pans, if so bake for 40 minutes.
