Cranberry Gravy

1/2 cup liquid from your roasted turkey or any meat
1/4 cup flour
3 1/4 cup broth, chicken or turkey
1/2 cup cranberry sauce or jelly
Salt and fresh ground black pepper

After you have cooked your turkey reserve 1/2 cup drippings.

In a pan toss in the reserved 1/2 cup drippings, (you can strain the drippings if you don't want bits and pieces of the turkey) and heat on medium until it begins to bubbling. Gradually add flour and cook about 1 minute. Next stir in broth and cranberry sauce. Begin whisking to remove lumps while bringing gravy to a boil. Cook at a boil for about 10 minutes and stir until thicken. Strain to remove any lumps if necessary.
