Ingredients
1 1/2 cup milk
4 tbsp white vinegar
2 cup flour
4 tbps sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 egg
4 tablespoons butter, melted
In a medium size bowl toss in the milk and vinegar and set aside. In another bowl toads in the flour, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt. Next, add the egg and butter to the milk and stir until combined. Gradually pour the flour into the milk mixture and stir until smooth.
I butter the griddle or skillet and pour the mixture (about 1/2 cup) spreading into a circle. When bubbles begin to show flip pancake.
Makes about 8 pancakes
