Fall is here!

I am always astonished at how quickly fall arrives.  It seems to reach the mind with the bells of school ring and little ones are gathered to catch the bus.  Then as I turn the calendar the months pop out of me that end in "ber" those two mostly revered and yet the busiest time of year.  The weather outside has began to show all the signs of my favorite season which excentuates my senses.  The smells of fall run all about in my mind and I find myself daydreaming of holiday smells, activities and the bustle of family.  Today I can no longer avoid the computer.  It is calling to me to make this post. Yes, menus are flowing in and out of my head and I will be posting yet some more family favorites.  I have a few regular meals which I'm just started to create involving barbecue pork and some fish and shrimp recipes. Living in the Pacific NW and having available fresh seafood has rekindled my love for halibut and shrimp yet not forgetting cod, mahi mahi and salmon.  To all my faithful friends, I can't wait to share these with you.
