Blueberry Topping for Cheesecake


2 cups blueberries
1 lemon
2 tbsp honey or brown sugar

First, zest and squeese the juice of 1 lemon into a small sauce pan.  Toss in the blueberries and brown sugar and simmer of medium heat about 6 minutes.   Let cool then spread on top of cheesecake.
