French Pumpkie Pie

You will need one 9 inch pie shell


1 pound pumpkin puree (500 grams)
4 eggs
1/2 pound sour cream (250 grams)
7 tsp milk
4 tbsp sugar
6 Tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp ginger, fresh ( you can use ground)
1/4 tsp cinnamon

IN an electric mixer whip eggs and sugars together then add the puree and the spices.  Next add the sour cream and blend well.  Pour this into the pie crust.  Bake 375 for 10 minutes then reduce heat to 250  and bake for 45 minutes or until pie is set.
