Pecan Pie

You will need one 9 inch pie shell.

3 eggs - slightly beaten
1 cup corn syrup
2 tbsp butter
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups or more pecans- you can add more or less if you want

In a electric mixer toss in the eggs, corn syrup sugar, butter and vanilla and mix well.  Stir in the pecans
then pour into pie shell and place on a baking sheet.  Bake at 350 for 55 minutes of until knife inserted comes out clean.
