Sauce for Ravioli

4 cups ripe tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup basil, chopped
3 Tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp lemon peel
salt and pepper
Parmesan Cheese

IN a large bowl toss in the tomatoes, basil, olive oil, lemon peel. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Let stand for 30 minutes.  Add to ravioli and sprinkle with cheese.
