Tortilla layers Hors d'oeuvre

1 cup Cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1 can of chopped green chiles, small
1/2 cup green onions, chopped
1 Tbsp red or green jalapeños, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
5 large flour tortillas

In a medium bowl toss in all the ingredients except tortillas. Mix well then lay a tortilla down and place about 1/4 cup mixture on top of the tortilla. Spread evenly, repeat 4 more times.  ( you should have 5 layers all together).  Refrigerate.  Before serving, cut into wedges.  (like you cut a pie)  Serve with Salsa.
