Smoked Salmon Dip

1/2 cup smoked salmon
1/2 cup cream cheese
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 Tbsp onion, minced
1/2 Tbsp parsley, minced
1/4 tsp garlic powder

In a small bowl toss in all ingredients and mix well. You can thin with lemon juice or if you want
a really smooth dip place in a processor or blender for 1 minute.  Keep refrigerated.
