1 1/2 cups white baking chocolate, chopped
2 1/4 cup cream cheese
2 Tbsp butter
4 1/2 tsp lemon juice
Makes 6 cups
Melt chocolate and stir until smooth. Cool, then in a electric mixer toss in the cream cheese and butter and mix until light and fluffy. Toss in the chocolate and lemon juice and mix until smooth.
