Homemade Vinaigrettes

Here are a few vinaigrette's that I think are pretty good. Toss the salads with these gently or use them to grill fish, chicken, meat or pork. They can be used for sliced vegetables (like fresh sliced tomatoes or spread on sandwiches. Use good olive oil or canola oil. There are a few options at the end of each vinaigrette so you can try them for other food besides mixed greens. This is where you can use your imaginations and experiment with different combinations of ingredients. That's the fun part for me. If you find one you really like double the recipe. It will stay fresh for about 1 week and store it in a sealed container. So have fun experimenting!
