Spicy Vinaigrette

2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Juice of 1 lime
1 tbsp brown sugar
½ cup canola oil
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped

In a small bowl toss in everything and whisk together. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Options-Shrimp, grilled veggies, salad
