Tomatoes with Ravioli

4 cups ripe tomatoes, chopped (use can tomatoes if needed)
1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
3 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp lemon peel, grated
2 cups Ravioli
Salt and fresh ground black pepper
Fresh Parmesan cheese for garnish

In a large bowl toss in tomatoes, basil, olive oil, lemon peel salt and pepper and let stand for 30 minutes. Prepare ravioli while waiting. When ravioli is cooked toss them into the large bowl with the tomatoes. Serve warm and sprinkle with cheese. Yummy!!
