
3 Tbsp butter
1/2 cu walnuts, chopped
1 tsp fresh sage, chopped
1 pound green beans, ends removed
Steam green beans for 5-8 minutes and then drain. In a pan melt butter over medium low heat. Toss in the walnuts and sage, cooking for about 5 minutes or until butter is lightly golden brown. Toss in the green beans and mix well. Serve warm.
