Chili

My husband loves a good chili which has me continually experimenting.  He has a instituted a chili cook off at work and even has encourage me to create beanless chili.  I thought that I would begin to share some of the chilis we have made and enjoyed.  I do want to remark that chili's seem to always taste better when they have simmered all day and are even better the day after you make them.
