1 box club crackers
1/2 cup butter
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup milk
1 cup chocolate chips
2/3 cup peanut butter
Grease a 9x13x2 baking pan. Layer the club crackers on the bottom of the baking pan. In a saucepan melt butter and then add graham cracker crumbs, sugars and milk. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 5 minutes. Pour half of this mixture over the cracker layer in the baking pan. Now add another layer of crackers and pour the other half of the mixture on top. FInally add another layer of crackers. (You should have 3 layers of crackers). In a small saucepan melt chocolate and peanut butter, mix until smooth. Pour this over the top and let cook. Refrigerate if necessary. Cut into bars.
