Hot chocolate Mix

2 cups Nonfat dry milk
3/4 cups sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
1/2 cup powdered dairy creamer
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 cup mini semisweet chocolate chips

Toss in a large bowl.  Spoon 3 Tbsp into each cup add boiling water and stir.
