1/4 cup chunky peanut butter
1 1/2 tsp butter
2 tsp whole wheat flour
2 tsp wheat germ, toasted
1 cup whole milk
1 cup skim milk
1 ripe banana, mashed
1/4 tsp salt
1 banana sliced
Heat peanut butter and butter until melted. Stir in flour and wheat germ. Remove from heat and blend in milk. Add mashed banana and salt. Return to heat and cook on low for 7 minutes. Add sliced banana and cook 1 to 2 minutes. Serve hot. Makes 2 servings
